ORDER

This Criminal Original Petitioner has been filed praying to direct the Respondent Police, the Inspector of Police, V6 Kulathur Police Station, Chennai, to register the complaint dated 25.03.2015 given by the Petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
