This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation not to detain the husband of the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 or National Security Act 1980. 2.In this writ petition, the husband of the petitioner was detained by the 2nd respondent vide the dentition order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
26.02.2020 under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
