onwards and consequently direct them to refund the deposited incentive increment amount Rs.3,39,959/- to him as per the common order passed in W.A.No.2328/2018 dated 04.08.2023, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to restore the incentive increment already been allowed to the petitioner for M.Phil., as additional qualification from 06.07.2009 onwards and consequently direct them to refund the deposited incentive increment amount Rs.3,39,959/- to him as per the common order passed in W.A.No.2328/2018 dated 04.08.2023, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
