This writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 6/4/2016, passed by the second respondent in Ref.Rc.No.13479/Cane.1/2015. Page No:2/4
2. Heard Mr.Simran Srinivasan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Balaramesh, learned counsel for the fourth respondent. There is no appearance on behalf of the fifth respondent.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the Government have examined the proposal of the Director of Sugar and based on the 50th Area Delimitation Committee Meeting, decided to accept the same. He has produced G.O.(Ms) No.244, dated 5/10/2018, and further submitted that G.O., has been implemented successfully. Therefore, question of challenging the delimitation does not arise at all. Hence, prays for dismissal of the writ petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader produced the copy of G.O.(Ms) No.244, dated 5/10/2018 and Proceedings of the Commissioner of Sugar and Cane Commissioner, Chennai, dated 30/11/2018. Page No:3/4
