ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to Direct the respondent police viz. the Inspector of Police, Guduvancherry Police Station, Kancheepuram District to file charge sheet in Crime No.982 of 2021 within stipulated time and pass such further or other orders. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.982 of 2021 , no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.982 of 2021 , in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4.Recording the same, the respondent Police is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period 2/4
of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
