PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Award passed by the second respondent in I.D.No. 437 of 2005 dated 04.12.2013 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to repost Mr.S.Mohan as Clerk with effect from 27.10.1997 with continuity of Page No.1 of 4

service in that post with back wages, monetary benefits and all consequential benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Mr. S.Mohan who is one of the members of the Petitioner/Kancheepuram District Co-operative, Uzhiar Sangam is no more and further submitted that the petitioner/Uzhiar Sangam has filed this writ petition taking the cause of said Mr. S.Mohan thereby the cause does not survives further more to the petitioner to prosecute the writ petition.
