The grievances of the writ petitioners are that the period of training undergone by the petitioners from 01.05.1998 to 21.02.1988 was not considered as a qualifying service for the purpose of grant of terminal and pensionery benefits. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the proposal had already been submitted by authorities to the Government and same is yet to be considered.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioners on 23.09.2011 and on 30.03.2012 respectively and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copies of the representations and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in the writ petitions.
