ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had sent a complaint dated 03.08.2031 by post to the second respondent and no action had been taken.

2.The Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that since the complaint is the Photostat copy and it is not readable, the respondent police is unable to decipher what is in the complaint. Further, it is only a Photostat copy received without verifying the veracity of the complaint, no action can be taken.

3.Counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that he is ready and willing to appear before the respondent police for any given date and on receipt of his complaint, the respondent police has given CSR No.336 of 2021 dated 11.08.2021. 4.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 16/08.2021 and thereafter, the respondent police is directed to enquire and proceed with in according to law.
