A.No.1005 of 2024 in O.P.No.585 of 2020 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the bond as directed by this court by order dated 18.08.2023 in O.P.No.585 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This court earlier by order dated 18.08.2023 in O.P.No.585 of 2020 granted letters of administration in favour of the applicant/petitioner in respect of Will dated 03.01.1986 executed by Padmasini. It is seen from the order that the sole respondent did not have any objection in granting letters of administration in favour of the applicant/petitioner.

4. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant/petitioner held up in United States of America and therefore, he could not come to India to execute the bond as directed by this court and hence, seeks for extension of time.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and the other facts and circumstances of the case, time granted earlier by order dated 18.08.2023 to execute the bond is extended till 25.03.2024. This application is ordered accordingly.
