Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the representation made on 27.11.2020 and to grant 30 days emergency leave to the petitioner's husband Sathiq Basha, son of Salim Basha. For Petitioner :

ORDER

(1) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner requesting the authorities to grant thirty days leave to her husband, viz., Sathiq Basha, without escort by submitting a representation dated 27.11.2020. (2) Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] stated that the representation submitted, had been considered and an order had been passed on 30.03.2021 by the 1st respondent.

(3) Mr.B.Kumar, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr.R.Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, expresses ignorance of the said order and also complains of nonhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

furnishing of the said order.

(4) If the order dated 30.03.2021 passed by the 1st respondent has not been given to the petitioner, a fresh order is to be given to the convict, Sathiq Basha, S/o.Salim Basha, on or before 17.05.2021 so that further steps could be taken in accordance with law and also in accordance with the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. (5) The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
