Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has died on 21.05.2016 after the filing of the Writ Petition, and his legal heirs have not contacted him for further prosecution of the matter. It is made clear that the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner are not precluded from applying for revival of the Writ Petition in accordance with law.
