Post before the learned Additional Master - I, for continuation of trial, on 07.03.2024. The eighth defendant is directed to produce the available documents with him, as per the notice served to the 8th defendant. In the event, the 8th defendant is not producing the available document, the law will take its own course and adverse inference can be drawn. The other side is also at liberty to summon the documents from the concerned department.

2. Since notice is already given to the eighth defendant, this Court is of the view that no order is required in these applications. Hence, they are closed.
