(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The detenu is secured and produced before the Court today. In fact, it appears that even earlier the police had facilitated the meeting of the petitioner and the detenu, who is his son.

2. In such circumstances, there is nothing remaining in the matter to be adjudicated and recording the aforesaid we close the Habeas Corpus Petition.
