Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd Respondent herein culminating in a Letter in WDC No. PPA/WDCN 15/0025/2021 on the file of he 3rd Respondent dated 21.1.2021 and quash the same in so far as the same requires to revise the commercial area only upto 300 sq.m. and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to approve the plan dated 4.1.2021 submitted by the petitioner for construction approval of 476.87 sq.m. in its entirety within the time frame.
