S.A.No.1272 of 2007 C.M.P.Nos.3999, 4002 and 4003 of 2020 in S.A.No.1272 of 2007 P.T. ASHA, J, These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1900 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant and to bring on record the 2nd petitioners/proposed 2nd appellant as legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant Angammal and rank her as 2nd appellant in the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to these petitions being allowed.

Hence, these petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
