ORDER

The above contempt petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the order and direction passed in WP.No.6517/2014 dated 06.02.2015 by the respondent herein. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the final order has been passed by the Sub Collector, Tiruvallur District, on 03.08.2015 in Na.Ka.No.3439/2013/A5 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner. However, this is not clear from the copy of the order produced before this Court.

3.Accordingly, if the order has not been communicated to the petitioner, the same shall be sent to the petitioner by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and a copy of the same to be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is made clear, that if the petitioner has any grievance as against the order dated 03.08.2015, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, the contempt petition is disposed of.
