(Made by Ms.Indira Banerjee, Chief Justice) In view of the submission, on instructions of the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services in writing, that all contract basis nurses have been paid their salary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

till February, 2018, the writ petition shall stand disposed of. In future, the salary of the contract basis nurses shall be paid within the 7th day of the month following the month for which the remuneration is due and payable. No costs.
