This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 31.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26033 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Sessions Court under EC and NDPS Act cases, Chennai once in a week i.e., on every monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial.
