This petition has been filed to bring on record the appellants 2 to 4 herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant and array them as Appellants 2 to 4 in CMA.No.3397 of 2014.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of CMP.No.4513 of 2020.

3.Accordingly, CMP.No.4513 of 2020 is allowed as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the main appeal for hearing on 17.09.2020.
