(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to accept the cause title as mentioned in the above writ appeal.

2. The original writ petitioners, i.e., P24 & P27 in the writ petition are no more as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, hence the legal heirs have been brought in. Therefore, in order to accept the cause title, the present petition has been filed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
