CMP.No.18100 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 371 days in filing the application seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 1st respondent in the above C.R.P.(NPD) No.21 of 2019.

2. CMP.No.18102 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 1st respondent namely Subramanian in the above C.R.P.(NPD)No.21 of 2019.

3. CMP.No.18104 of 2023 has been filed to bring the respondents 2 to 5 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent on record as respondents 3 to 6 in the above C.R.P.(NPD) No.21 of 2019. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner is requested to take notice on the newly impleaded Respondents alone in the revision returnable by 13.09.2023.

7.Notice to the respondents returnable by 13.09.2023. 8.Post the CRP.No.21 of 2019 on 13.09.2023.
