(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 15.04.2010 made in M.P.No.1 of 2010 in A.S.No.376 of 2008 has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the order of this Court has been complied with, though belatedly. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submitted that entire payment as ordered by the Court will be made from the month of December, 2019 onwards.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition stands closed.
