O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for not implementing the order dated 22.08.2014 made in Crl.O.P.No. 32642 of 2013 passed by this Court.

2. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent are present.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that in pursuance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the order passed by this Court, the complaint given by the petitioner Viswanathan vide CSR No. 372 of 2013 is treated

as Section 162 statement of the petitioner in Cr. No. 17/2014, registered on the basis of the complaint given by one P. Govindaraj and both the Crime Nos. 17/2014 and 272/2013 were investigated into and final report were filed, treating Crime No. 17/2014 as mistake of fact and sent notice to the defacto complaint therein by name P. Govindaraj. The final report filed in Cr. No. 272/2013 is taken on file by the concerned Judicial Magistrate court. The petition equiry in CSR No. 372/2013 is also closed, as such nothing remains to be complied with.

4. The Contempt Petition is hence closed, with liberty given to the petitioner to seek appropriate further remedy.
