It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.318 of 2004 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.II, Coimbatore was disposed. He also made an endorsement to that

effect. The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in I.A.No.252 of 2011 in O.S.No.318 of 2004. Since the suit itself is disposed, nothing survives for further adjudication in the civil revision petition. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
