The learned counsel for the respondent-Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited made a submission that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished. Thus no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition and orders were also passed by the Competent Authorities.
