ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the Judgment debtors against the order dated 18.02.2015, made in E.P.No.244 of 2013 in A.R.No.993 of 2012 on the file of the Sub-Judge, Neyveli. 2.When this matter came up for hearing on 08.10.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and also for the respondent and hence the matter was adjourned to 02.11.2020. On 02.11.2020 also there was no representation from both sides. Hence, the matter has been adjourned and posted today i.e., 19.11.2020. Today also no representation for both sides. Further, this Court has directed the Registry to call for a report with regard to the status of the E.P.No.244 of 2013 in A.R.No.993 of 2012 on the file of the Sub-Judge, Neyveli. Accordingly, the Registry has called for a report from the Sub-Judge, Neyveli. 3.

In pursuance of the same, the learned Sub-Judge, Neyveli by the letter dated 10.11.2020 has stated that in view of the full satisfaction memo filed by the Counsel for the decree holder, the Execution Petition was terminated on 23.09.2015 and attachment was raised. Hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
