ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the order dated 11.07.2012, in the matter of shifting of agricultural service connection with Motor Pump Sets. 2.Regarding the shifting of service connection already installed, the person, who is approaching the TANGEDCO, has to complete the formalities and pay all required fees including shifting charges. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents for effecting the shifting of service connection. The authorities are directed to consider the same and determine the charges to be paid by the petitioner and in the event of the petitioner paying all the required charges, the claim for shifting shall be considered, by following the procedures as contemplated.

3.With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
