This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 20.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 14898 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11001 of 2023 to report before the respondent police, weekly once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
