The writ petitioner fairly made a submission that the respondents in their counter, has stated that the final orders were passed by the Government in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner in G.O.(1D).No. 158, School Education [SE1(2)] Department, dated 30.06.2014, imposing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
a punishment of cutting pension of Rs.200 per month for a period of one year.

In view of the fact that final order has been passed in the disciplinary proceedings, no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in this writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed.
