This petition has been filed seeking extension of time limit for executing the sureties and to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26158 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 22.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
