This application has been filed by the respondent in O.P.No. 366 of 2027 seeking permission to produce further documents, namely, a pay slip for the month February 2023 of the respondent himself, receipts for payment of schools for the two children and the bank statement of the petitioner.

2. The matter is at the stage of recording of evidence. The petitioner in the original petition had examined herself as PW-1. She has now to be cross examined. At that stage, this application has been filed. So far as the documents are concerned, the bank statement of the petitioner in the Original Petition alone can be put to the witness during cross examination if at all the applicant herein deems required. The other three documents should be proved in manner known to law by the applicant herein by producing them as evidence at the time of his chief examination.
