ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 7.

2. Encroachment is alleged on S.Nos.6 and 502/1 at Gundalapatti Village.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that within six weeks, survey would be conducted and depending upon the report of survey, further steps would be taken immediately to remove the encroachment, if any.
