(CRIME NO. 661/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a 15 days (i.e ) every 1st Monday at 10.30a.m till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter shall appear before the concern trial court on each and every date on hearing in Crl.M.P.No. 9726 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 14044 of 2021 order dated 24.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9726 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14044 of 2021 dated 24.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed. Hence, the condition relaxed toto.
