When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents filed W.A.No.907 of 2017 as against the order passed in W.P.No.9964 of 2015, arising out of which is the present contempt petition and the same is pending for consideration.
