This application has been filed to permit the applicant/respondent to substitute the typed set of papers which consist of certified copies of 4 Court cases at Bangalore, which was inadvertently filed by the applicant/respondent and replace it with a photocopy of the same set for the Court reference.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for allowing this application.
