2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for allowing this application.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, the applicant/respondent is Page No.1/3
