O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to conduct the Spouse counseling first so as enable the petitioner to get request transfer to the vacancy place of Panchayat Union Middle School, Marankandikai, Kaveripakkam Union, Ranipet District by consider the representation dated 22.02.2021 made by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

According to the writ petitioner, on 01.06.2017, the petitioner has been transferred and posted to the present school namely, Panchayat Union Middle School, Sanjeevanur, Jolarpet Block, Vellore and he has completed 3 years of service in the present station and therefore, he made a representation to the respondents with a request to consider his case of transfer first under the spouse category so as to enable him to get transfer to his native place where his wife is working, there is a vacancy at Panchayat Union Middle School, Marankandikai, Kaverypakkam Union. But, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence the writ petition.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner is, the respondents have to conduct spouse counseling first and then to conduct general transfer counselling and therefore, he made a request before this Court to direct the respondents to consider representation of the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, it is for the 1st respondent to consider the said request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, more preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall make a representation to the 1st respondent along with a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
