ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Presiding Officer, Family Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District, for early disposal of the original petition in O.P.No.42 of 2019.
2. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in this revision petition and the other facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the view that no notice is necessary as no prejudice would cause to the other side if a direction is issued to the learned Judge for early disposal of the original petition.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also perused the records carefully.
4. The petitioner is the husband of the respondent. He has filed the original petition for restitution of conjugal rights. The above said original petition was originally filed in the year 2017 before the learned Sub Judge, Krishnagiri, in H.M.O.P.No.67 of 2017 and it was then transferred to the file of the Family Court, Krishnangiri, where it was renumbered as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
O.P.No.42 of 2017.

In view of the limited nature of the relief sought for and on considering the other facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this court is inclined to direct the learned Presiding Officer, Family Court, Krishnagiri, for early disposal of the original petition. Accordingly, the learned Presiding Officer, Family Court, Krishnagiri District, is directed to take up the petition in O.P.No.42 of 2019 for trial and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly with the above directions. No costs.
