The petitioner has filed the above Criminal Revision Petition as against the order dated 29.5.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 59 of 2014 in S.C. No. 16 of 2014 on the file of the Magalir Sessions (Fast Track) Court, Erode, by which the discharge petition filed by the petitioner under Section 227 of Cr.PC was dismissed by the Court below. 2.
Today, when the Criminal Revision case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) brought to the notice of this Court that in the main Session Case, 30 witnesses have been examined and the arguments of both sides are also over on 06.4.2015 and the case is posted for judgment on 20.4.2015. The learned Advocate also pointed out that this revision has not been admitted so far and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Petition.

In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, without expressing any opinion, the Criminal Revision Case is closed as no order is required to be passed in this revision.
