ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.146 of 1999 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Namakkal itself was dismissed for nonprosecution on 20.06.2019 and therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
