(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Complaining that the order of this Court dated 05.03.2015 passed in W.P.No. 4121 of 2015 has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with, this contempt petition is filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the second respondent had filed an objection on 14.09.2015 and on receipt of the same, enquiry has been decided to be held on 01.10.2015. Thus, two weeks' time may be given to conduct the enquiry properly and take consequential action.

We heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well on the issue, who is also of the view that two weeks' time from today is quite reasonable.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed of, granting further two weeks' time from today to the respondents to comply with order of this Court dated 05.03.2015 passed in W.P.No. 4121 of 2015.
