COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.28 of 2022, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.Heard Mr.S.Makesh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1 and Mr.M.J.P.Rajkumar, learned cousnel for R2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and the same has been taken on file in C.C. No.728 of 2023. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there were originally five accused persons in this case and the final report was filed only as against two accused persons and the names of the other three accused persons were dropped.

4.The names of the petitioners in Crl.OP.Nos.5572 and 5574 of 2023 has been dropped and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in these two petitions. Insofar as the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5575 of 2023, this petitioner has been added as A2 in the final report and the name of her husband Ganesh has been added as A3 in the final report. Since the final report has been taken on file, no further orders can be passed in Crl.OP.No.5575 of 2023. If the accused person

against whom the final report has been filed are aggrieved, it is left open to the them to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. 5.In the result, Crl.OP.Nos.5572, 5574 and 5575 are disposed of in the above terms.
