Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extent the time given to comply the condition of the order of this Honble Court passed in Crl.O.P.No. 2694 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.MOHAMED ISMAIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to comply the condition made in Crl.O.P.No. 2694 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022.

2. This Court on 04.02.2022, while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should execute two sureties each like for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- before the Sub Court, Chidambaram, within a period of fifteen days.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for th respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that due to lack of coordination with the relatives of the petitioner for making arrangements of the money to execute the sureties and hence, the petitioner could not able to comply with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for depositing a sum of Rs.10,000/- and executing sureties time is extended till 21.03.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court.
