This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition against the order in Crl.M.P.No.4369 of 2022, dated 10.10.2022, passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, Villupuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 31 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
