ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents herein for their wanton and willful violation of the orders passed by this Court dated 15.11.2012 in

M.P.No.2 of 2012 in W.P.No.30491 of 2012.

2. Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate would submit that after initiation of the contempt proceedings, the Tahsildar, Maduravoyal, in his Letter in R.C.No.2401/15B1, dated 14.07.2015 addressed to the Additional Government Pleader, High court, Chennai, has cancelled the patta issued in favour of the second respondent.

3. In the light of the said development, nothing survives in this contempt petition as on today.

Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed.
