All these three applications have been filed consequent to the fact that the 2nd plaintiff, who was a minor at the time of instituting the suit has now attained the age of majority.
2.Naturally, she has every right to represent herself in the suit, particularly since the suit is for partition and she is also a claimant seeking right for the property to be partitioned and share allotted to her. 3.Incidentally, there is also yet another application in A.No.1689 of 2024 to change the spelling of her name. The name remains the same, but the spelling differs, it is not Ishwarya but Aishveriya. 4.The applicant also has right to change her name as she deems would serve her interest in a better manner.
5.All these applications are allowed.
