Mr.B.Thirumalai Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the suit O.S. No.39 of 2020 pending on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore. The
said suit was filed for specific performance. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's side evidence (plaintiff's side evidence) is already closed and the suit is posed for defendants' side evidence. According to the petitioner, till date the defendants have not examined their witnesses and it is pending for more than a year for defendants' side evidence before the Trial Court. 3.After giving due consideration to the year of the suit and the status of the suit, this court is inclined to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the Trial Court i.e. the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore to dispose of the suit O.S. No.39 of 2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
6.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 05-06-2026 VGA
