....Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the record of the impugned order under proceedings of No.G.O.(D) 81 of 2015 dated 06.02.2015 of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, E3 Development passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same as null and void and against the basic principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent herein to include the name of the petitioner for further

promotion with retrospective effect by keeping the name of the petitioner above the immediate junior in service.

The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the record of the impugned order under proceedings of No.G.O.(D) 81 of 2015 dated 06.02.2015 of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, E3 Development passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same as null and void and against the basic principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent herein to include the name of the petitioner for further promotion with retrospective effect by keeping the name of the petitioner above the immediate junior in service.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
