(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 340 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the third respondent and they have no serious objection in allowing the petition and the remaining respondents already been given up.

4. Since the delay is 340 days, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
