Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with the impugned order dated 20.02.2012 made in Pa.No.1/D4/875/Law/TNSTC/EMa/2011 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondent to repay the already recovered amount from the petitioner to him.

Ms.S.Girija, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous, as the very same relief has been granted by the reviewing authority during the pendency of the present writ petition and she also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
